01 — Overview

Our Print-on-Demand Model

All products sold on Kreate Images are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. Every item is uniquely printed just for you after your order is placed — meaning no inventory is held and products are not pre-made.

Because each item is custom-produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or color, or simply changing your mind. However, we fully stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

02 — Eligibility

What Qualifies for a Refund or Reprint

We want you to love what you receive. If something goes wrong on our end or during production, we will make it right. Below is a clear breakdown of what is and is not eligible:

Eligible for Reprint or Refund

Damaged or defective product upon arrival. Manufacturing error or incorrect item printed. Wrong product shipped to you. Item lost or damaged in transit.

Not Eligible

Wrong size or color ordered by customer. Change of mind after purchase. Issues caused by errors in your uploaded artwork. Minor print placement variations within ±0.5" (DTG products).

03 — Time Window

30-Day Reporting Window

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, all issues must be reported to us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Please do not wait — reports submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

📦 Lost in Transit? If your order has not arrived within 30 days (domestic US / EU) or 45 days (international) of the estimated shipping date, contact us within 1 week of that deadline to remain eligible for a reprint or refund.

04 — How to File a Claim

Submitting Your Request

Filing a claim is simple. Follow the steps below and we will work quickly to resolve your issue.

Include Your Order Details

Provide your full name, order number, and a description of the issue.

Attach Photo Evidence

Send clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error. Photos are required to process any claim.

We'll Review & Respond

Our team will assess your claim and confirm whether you qualify for a free reprint or refund. You do not need to return the defective item.

05 — Resolution

Reprints & Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Free Reprint A replacement of your original item, shipped at no additional cost to you.
  • Refund A refund issued to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.

💡 Note on Print Placement: For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products, a tolerance of ±0.5 inches in print placement is considered within acceptable production standards and is not eligible for a reprint or refund.

06 — Address Issues

Undeliverable or Returned Orders

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to sender or cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the customer, the following applies:

  • Product cost refund only A refund of the product cost only will be issued — shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Re-shipment option Alternatively, the order can be re-shipped to a corrected address, subject to an additional shipping charge.
  • Customer responsibility Kreate Images is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to address errors entered by the customer.
07 — Shipping Delays

Delays & Carrier Issues

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.

If our fulfillment partner determines that a package is genuinely lost in transit (not simply delayed), we will issue a free reprint or refund. Please see Section 03 for the applicable reporting windows.

08 — Exchanges

Size & Color Exchanges

Because all products are produced on demand — meaning they are made uniquely for each order — we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selections, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

We strongly recommend ordering a product sample if you are unsure about fit or color before sharing with a wider audience.
