01 — Overview

How Our Shipping Works

All products at Kreate Images are made-to-order and fulfilled through Printify, our global print-on-demand production partner. Because nothing is pre-made, every order goes through two stages before it reaches you: production and shipping.

Your total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time. Please keep both windows in mind when placing your order, especially around holidays or peak seasons when production volumes are higher.

📦 All delivery estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and public holidays are not counted in production or shipping timeframes.

02 — Production

Production Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to production. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type, print provider, and order volume at the time.

Your order is submitted to the Printify production network. A production clock starts from this moment.

Printing & Quality Check

Your item is custom-printed, inspected, and packaged. Most products are ready within 2–7 business days.

Dispatched

Your order is handed off to a shipping carrier and a tracking number is sent to your email.

Delivered to You

Your order arrives at your door within the estimated shipping window for your region.

Occasional Delays: Production may take longer than 7 business days if a garment is temporarily out of stock, requires a quality reprint, or your order contains 12 or more items. During peak holiday seasons, production times may also increase. If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days, please contact us and we will follow up with Printify on your behalf.

03 — Shipping Methods

Available Shipping Options

The following shipping methods are available depending on your location and the product ordered. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

📌 Our Default Shipping Method is Standard Shipping. All orders are automatically fulfilled using Printify's Standard Shipping to keep costs straightforward for every customer. If you would prefer a different shipping method — such as Economy, Priority, or Express — please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Economy Shipping

4–8 days

Budget-friendly option. Best for non-time-sensitive orders. Starting from $3.99.

Standard

Standard Shipping

2–5 days

Our most popular option. Balances cost and speed for most domestic orders.

Priority

Priority Shipping

1–3 days

Faster delivery once shipped. Available on select products and print providers. Standard production times still apply.

Express

Express Delivery

2–3 days

Includes both production + delivery. US mainland only. Select products only (Bella+Canvas 3001 & Gildan 5000 tees).

Printify Express Delivery is the only option that combines production + shipping into a single 2–3 business day window. It is available exclusively for select t-shirt styles within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Express Delivery is not available in all cases and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

The table below shows estimated total delivery times (production + shipping combined) by region. These are estimates and may vary based on carrier, season, and customs processing.

🌐 International Orders: Delivery times for international shipments may be extended by customs clearance and local postal handling, which are outside our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

05 — Carriers

Shipping Carriers

Printify works with a network of trusted carriers to fulfill and deliver your order. The carrier used for your shipment is determined automatically based on your location, product type, and shipping method selected. Common carriers include:

  • USPS — Cost-effective domestic shipping in the U.S., ideal for lightweight packages.
  • UPS — Domestic and international shipping with express options for faster turnarounds.
  • FedEx — Reliable tracking and timely delivery for domestic and international orders.
  • DHL & Local Partners — Used for select international destinations and EU fulfillment.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

06 — Tracking

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Tracking emails are sent automatically when your order leaves the fulfillment center.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
  • If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first.
  • Still no tracking info after 7 business days? Contact us and we will look into it.
07 — Customs & Duties

International Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged at checkout.

  • Customs policies vary widely by country — please check with your local customs office if you have questions.
  • Kreate Images has no control over customs processing times, which may add delays beyond our estimates.
  • We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or understate their value on customs forms.
08 — Peak Seasons

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-demand periods — including the winter holiday season (November–December), Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other major holidays — both production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes across the Printify network and carrier congestion.

We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any date-sensitive occasion to ensure timely delivery. Kreate Images cannot be held responsible for delays caused by seasonal volume spikes or carrier disruptions.

🎄 Holiday Tip: For guaranteed delivery by Christmas, we recommend placing orders by early December at the latest for US domestic orders, and mid-November for international destinations.

09 — Lost Orders

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. To be eligible for a free reprint or refund on a lost package, the following windows apply:

  • Domestic (US / EU) — Report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • International — Report within 45 days of the estimated delivery date, then within 1 week of that deadline.
  • We will open an inquiry with Printify and the carrier on your behalf.
  • If confirmed lost, we will offer a free reprint or full refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

📮 Wrong Address? If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping fees will apply. Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order. See our Return Policy for more details.
